Graduation Day 2014

We have been looking forward to this Graduation Day for a long time. Jason has worked so hard over these past three years and today we were so happy to see him graduate, as a Doctor of Ministry.  I am so thankful that Jason’s sister, Tara, was able to join us as we celebrated this special day.

Throughout all of the classes, the papers, the books read, the weeks gone from home, the hours locked away in his office at home, he kept our love, our children, and his calling as a minister in balance. He is truly an incredible man and I am so blessed to share my life with him. Congratulations, Dr. Jason! We are so proud of you and all your hard work!

There were over 500 graduates. Jason was one of five to graduate with his Doctorate. The undergraduates had a parent escort them in and sit behind them throughout the ceremony. I thought this was awesome!

Now may the God of peace, who brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great shepherd of the sheep, by the blood of the eternal covenant, make you complete in everything good so that you may do the will of the one working among us that which is pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever.” Hebrews 13:20-21
